Ottawa is the Capital city of Canada. And as such it is a *very* popular tourist destination during the summer months. We strongly suggest that you don't leave booking your flight or hotel until the last minute. We'll see you in June!

Getting Into Canada

The Government of Canada website lists the full official requirements on what is required to visit Canada.

Visa Requirements

If you require a travel Visa please do not delay in applying as the process is occasionally unpredictable and may require more time than you anticipated. You can contact info at gccsummit.org if you require an invitation letter.

Accomodations

Les Suites: The hotel reservation code for this year is GCC2008. While they do accept on-line reservations, we strongly recommend that you make your reservation by telephone. The rates for 2008 are $169/night One Bedroom (1 bedroom, 1 livingroom), $189/night Executive Suite (1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 office), and $209.00 Two Bedroom (2 bedrooms, 1 living room). All rooms in Les Suites have a full kitchen, microwave, and laundry facilities.

Getting Downtown From Airport

The Ottawa Interational Airport is about 20 minutes from Les Suites Hotel. The hotel shuttle runs regularly from the Airport for $14.00CAD and a Taxi to Les Suites is about $30.00.
