Hotel

We have arranged a special rate at the adjacent Studios Hotel which is part of the University of Montreal Campus. Make your Reservation Here and make sure to select the correct event to get the discounted rates.

We chose this location not only for the close proximity to the meeting space, but because they have a wide array of room options available. If you are looking for a "traditional" style hotel room you will want to look at the Cozy Suite, Business Suite, or Executive Suite. All of these rates are significantly below what a comparable room would cost at another location.

  • An Internet network connection is available on request in each room at an additional daily (5$)
  • Parking 12CAD per day or 30CAD for up to one week.

    • Getting Downtown From Airport

    We recommend that you use the L'Aerobus airport shuttle service which is only 25CAD return (about 20USD) or 15CAD one-way (about 12USD) the Shuttle Timetable is available on-line to help you plan your arrival/departure and you can make a Reservations Here to ensure that you have a seat waiting.
