Daniel Joseph Dean

Daniel Dean is a second year master's student at Stony Brook University doing research at the File systems and Storage lab under the guidance of professor Erez Zadok. His primary research interest is the visualization of compiler internal representations. For the past two years, he has been part of the High-Confidence Operating Systems group and has worked closely with Dr. Sean Callanan on the GCC plug-in system. He has also co-authored the paper "Extending GCC with Modular GIMPLE Optimizations" which was included in the 2007 GCC Developers' Summit.
